Currently, UK hospitals maternity wards are asking for long-sleeved preemie cardigans that button all the way down the front. So - I have adapted Tiny Topaz and here is my new version. So cute!

These little sleepers are for premature babies - I chose a simple style, as I didn’t want to overwhelm a delicate tiny baby with too much decoration.
The addition of some really pretty buttons and ribbon is enough to give a special touch.
If you are making these for dolls, then of course you can use any yarn you choose, but if you are making these for hospitals or charity groups - please check with them first to find out if these sleepers are suitable - or if there are any special requirements that you should consider.
